- 1 1/2 ounce Campari
- 3/4 ounce aged Jamaican Rum preferably Smith & Cross
- 1/2 ounce Orange CuraƧao
- 3/4 ounce Orgeat
- 1 ounce freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- Mint Sprig to garnish
Combine all the ingredients, except mint, in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled.
Fill a large Tiki, rocks, beer or other glass with crushed ice.
Strain cocktail into ice-filled glass.
Add more crushed ice to over flow the top a bit.
Garnish with mint sprig.
