The Rum Punch Party Drink served at Florida’s Little Palm Island Resort & Spa is delightfully known as the Gumby Slumber. The name, "Gumby Slumber" comes from "the walk you will do headed for a hammock to sleep it off."

Materials

  • 1 1/2 ounces fresh-pressed Pineapple Juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces Cranberry Juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces freshly-squeezed Orange Juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces Spiced Rum like Captain Morgan
  • 1 1/2 ounces Coconut Rum like Malibu
  • Pineapple Slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients, except pineapple slice, in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well.
  • Strain into an ice-filled Highball, Beer, Tulip, Iced-Tea, Red Solo Cup or other glass.
  • Garnish with pineapple slice.
