- 1 3/4 ounce Havana Club 7 Year Old Rum or other Aged Cuban-style Rum of choice
- 2 teaspoons Mezcal of choice
- 2 dashes Absinthe
- 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
- 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
- Lemon Twist to garnish
Place all ingredients, except lemon twist, in an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir until well-chilled.
Strain into an ice-filled Rocks, Old Fashioned or other glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
Serve cold.
