Terra Firma is a riff on the Classic Cocktail, the Vieux Carré, created by superstar bartender, Jeffrey Morgenthaler. Made with Japanese Whisky in place of Vieux Carré's Rye Whiskey and Apple Brandy in place of Cognac, Pacific Standard's Signature Cocktail, Terra Firma, puts a modern spin on the New Orleans-Favorite.
