- 1 pint Water
- 1 pint Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seed
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper whole
- 1 teaspoon Allspice whole
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Salt
- 6 Hardboiled Eggs peeled
In a large pot, combine all ingredients except eggs.
Place pot on the stove and warm until sugar and salt are dissolved.
Remove from heat and set aside to allow the pickling liquid to cool.
When cool, place the eggs in the liquid. Let set for at least 24 hours
